Dilithium Networks' CTO to Speak at "3G in China" Global Summit 2004

Dilithium Networks, a leading provider of 3G video telephony solutions for the world’s mobile and broadband industries, announced today that Dr. Marwan Jabri, its founder and CTO, will speak at the “3G in China” Global Summit 2004. Dr. Jabri’s speech on “3G Video Telephony Services and Challenges” will take place between 12:00–12:30 on Wednesday 8th November at the Kempinski Hotel, Beijing, China.

Expo 2005 Launches Mobile Site

The organizer of the 2005 World Exposition in Aichi Prefecture launched a cell phone website Thursday to provide the latest news about the event as well as information about tickets and access to the venue through the website. Reservations for some pavilions and events can also be made through the website starting Feb 25, a month ahead of the March 25 opening of the exposition.

NTT Com Named Best Global Carrier at World Communications Awards 2004

NTT Communications received awards for Best Global Carrier and Best New Service during the sixth annual World Communications Awards held in London on 11 October 2004. NTT Com beat out other global companies including AT&T, BT Global Services, Infonet and MCI to earn the coveted top spot in the prominent category of Best Global Carrier. NTT Com’s achievement represents the first time that an Asian carrier has won in this category.

Asia's Largest IT & Digital Trade Show – WPC EXPO 2004

The Asia’s largest IT & Digital Trade Show WPC EXPO 2004 will be held from October 20, Wednesday, through 23, Saturday, at the Tokyo Big Site. The number of exhibitors at the WPC EXPO 10th anniversary will be a total of 323 companies in 1,518 booth units (as of October 5). The show will cover a wide range of digital devices including PCs and peripherals, and also digital home appliances: DVD/HDD recorders, flat-screen televisions, digital cameras, and music players.
