Yahoo Japan purchases the Cirius Technologies of the positional synchronization advertisement for the mobile phone today. The all stocks of the Cirius company are scheduled to be acquired though the amount of purchase is not clarified. The yahoo is a posture to which a regional, advertising market is strengthened by using the technology of the Cirius company with the strong point of the location-based advertisement by this purchase. Moreover, it is said that it will be scheduled to enter an advertising delivery for a smart phone of various data and the Cirius companies that the yahoo has cultivated.
It is said that this purchase was resolved on July 27 when the announcement was performed, the Cirius company moves to the Yahoo office from the Ebisu in the headquarters that is to Roppongi today. Moreover, a local office assumes the business that the Cirius company is developing in North America to schedule to close in the future.
