Google Adds Walking Maps
The new walking route guide maps are now live for iPhone and Android handsets in JapanGoogle added “Walking route guide” function to map service “Google map” that this company offered on the tenth. This function can be used from a part of the Android terminal, iPhone, cellular phone.
Up to now, “Route and transfer guide” function of the Google map has newly corresponded to “On foot” route though was possible the retrieval of the route using “Car” and “Train and airplane”.
