This new office demonstrates Visto’s commitment to expand on its initial success in selling its Visto Mobile™ solution through mobile operators globally. Visto Mobile unlocks the market by providing operators with a single common architecture to integrate a range of push-based email/PIM services on a host of different handsets, from simple phones to the most capable smart phones including J2ME phones.
Visto Mobile provides the real-time platform operators want in order to provide a wide range of mobile mail solutions to their subscribers. The platform includes Visto Mobile Personal Edition, providing personal email/PIM to subscribers; and Visto Mobile Enterprise Server, an enterprise class solution for companies using Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus Domino servers.
Visto currently sells through 10 wireless operators globally including Nextel and AT&T Wireless in North America and SmarTone in Hong Kong. The Visto Mobile platform supports Unicode and includes Furigana support.
