Designed to withstand extreme and unpredictable shock, water, dust, vibration, salt fog and humidity conditions, the exclusive CASIO G’zOne Commando 4G LTE is the latest in the line of ruggedized smartphones designed to face the elements. To keep track of outdoor adventures, the G’zWorld app records activities on a map, tracks routes while running or hiking, and includes pictures to capture memories to share on Facebook and Twitter.
The enhanced G’zGear multi-sensor tool is used to build a database of the natural world. By tapping into the app, users are updated with the latest barometric tracking technology, earth compass, sun/moon displays, temperature comparisons, tide views, constellation gazer, and virtual trail functions. And, with Live G, outdoor enthusiasts can engage directly with other G’zOne users around the globe to share their findings. The G’zOne cameras include an 8-megapixel rear facing camera with 1080p HD recording and slow motion capture.
The CASIO G’zOne Commando will be available online and in Verizon Wireless stores starting June 27 for $99.99 after $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement.
