The survey research center announced the result of the investigation concerning the use of child’s cellular phone on September 30. This investigation has been done every year since 2004, and this time becomes the 6th. It investigates from September 9 to the 11th, and respondents are 156 schoolchildren who have the cellular phone of the children with 434 men and women who have the child as 20-45-year-old married person in the whole country.
The ownership rate of child’s cellular phone is 11.3% in schoolchildren in the lower grades, and 32.8% in the upper-grade. It rises when becoming a junior high school student as child’s age goes up as the ownership rate exceeds 90 percent more than 56.6% and high school students.
