MobiActions Gaming For Toshiba
The good folks at Mobiactions are in the news again with another exciting mobile interactive game campaign to promote Toshiba’s new Note PC’s in Japan. The Toshiba branded game uses the latest Mobiactions with Veeplayer mobile interactive video and voice response (IVVR) technology so users can dial in and immediately play a fun game that allows them to score points and win prizes.
“We’ve taken interactive media to the next level,” says Tim Smith, CEO of Sairis Group, “The Toshiba game is simultaneously available on both out of home media (OOH), deployed on state of the art digital signage, as well as the Internet to PC users. When the game is played on the OOH media, it is synchronised to the YouTube Gadget allowing all particpants to play together regardless of location. “Now we can enable brands like Toshiba to engage consumers in a new and exciting manner, providing a high degree of ‘stickiness’ from home-to-store.”
“EngageMedia is the ideal platform to deliver scheduled, dynamic media and interactive content like the Mobiactions game, comments Neil van Wouw, CEO of Vanten, KK, “Our digital sign solution is the perfect compliment to next generation interactive media. We can deliver a high quality, dynamic presentation across a wide variety of media from LCD panels to large format LED’s like the Yodobashi Vision.”
Mobiactions is built on specially integrated Flash 3G Video Gateway that permits mobile users to access Adobe Flash-based web applications with video and multimedia content by simply placing a standard video call from any 3G or SIP device. This means users can access live streaming webcams, pre-recorded and interactive video, games, animations and more requiring no application download. One unique feature of this offering is that it can also be played simultaneously by users on the web, accessing from Toshiba’s YouTube channel.
