First DoCoMo Sim-Lock Free Handset

NTT DoCoMo puts cellular phone terminal “[Rakuraku] phone basic 3” to be able to use even by carriers other than DoCoMo on the market on the 22nd. If the commission 3150 yen is paid, “SIM lock” to limit the carrier can be released, and it is possible to transfer to another carrier with the same terminal.
The terminal corresponding to the lock release is the first time among domestic portable major companies. It is possible to use it also for mobile Softbank as which the communication method is the same and an overseas carrier if it releases it. DoCoMo plans to put the release function as a rule in the future, and increases the corresponding model by the model in the summer such as smart phones put out in May.
