  • Tokyo Court Grants Qualcomm Stay

    Tokyo High Court stayed a cease and desist order issued Sept. 30, 2009 regarding Qualcomm’s license agreements with Japanese manufacturers.

    The stay will remain in effect through the JFTC’s full evidentiary hearing on the merits of the order and until the JFTC issues its final decision following the hearing. The first hearing before the JFTC is scheduled to be held on February 17, 2010. Via PR Newswire.
