  • DoCoMo Demos Throw Mail at CEATEC

The annual CEATEC event is underway at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo with DoCoMo showing off an interesting new way to send mobile mail.

    Machine Translation:

The throw E-mail is an application that uses the acceleration sensor that measures strength of the shake of the compass and the terminal that perceives GPS information and the direction of the terminal. The user can e-mail by shaking the handset toward the direction where the friend exists. It is an image that sends mail to play catch each other. Mail reaches the person in the distance by the width of the shake of the terminal large. Via CNET Japan.
