  • MCN Moves Corp. HQ to Tokyo

    Mobile Content Networks (MCN) has announced the establishment of MCN Japan K.K., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCN Inc. Concurrent with the formation of MCN Japan K.K. MCN has moved its global operating headquarters to Tokyo to accelerate response to growing demand for MCN’s whitelabel Mobile Search Management platform in Japan, Southeast Asia, China, and India.

    According to the press release:

    MCN’s CEO Marc Bookman and several members of the MCN management team are now based full-time in Japan.

    “Success in Japan is a key priority for MCN and we’ve taken a consistent, strategic approach to establishing our Mobile Search Management solution in the world’s most advanced mobile market,” said Marc Bookman. “We began studying the market closely in 2004, launched our first services in early 2006, and have steadily expanded our team and our customer relationships. Forming MCN Japan K.K. reflects our commitment to making MCN a long-term contributor to Japan’s fast-growing Mobile Search and Mobile Search Advertising industry. Also, by relocating our senior business management to Japan we are taking full advantage of time zones and geographic location to respond in “real-time” to customer and market requirements not only in Asia but in Europe as well.”
