  • Wireless Links for Digital TV Related Data

Dai Nippon Printing has begun providing a service to enable cellphone users to access content related to broadcast and communications satellite TV and terrestrial digital TV programs aired by transmitting 2D codes from their handsets. Users of 2D code-enabled camera phones can access the URL from their handsets by capturing the 2D code with the phones, eliminating the process of typing in URL characters. It is also possible for program sponsors and broadcasting stations to dispatch 2D codes of URLs by accessing logs recorded on digital broadcast receivers. Continue >>
